Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service seeks EMTs and Paramedics to join our Ohio deployment network, including Bellevue, Columbus-Worthington, Springfield, and Toledo. You will provide safe patient transport and high-quality care in accordance with state EMS regulations.

Responsibilities include accurate patient assessment, documenting care, and communicating with healthcare professionals, while maintaining vehicle readiness and completing required training and screenings.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic level medical care while transporting patients.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to operate in various conditions.
• EMT National Registry or state license (or pending).
• Pass pre-employment interview, physical and drug screening.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as an EMT or Paramedic.
• Provide safe transportation and accurate addressing/map reading.
• Assess a patient and convey condition to other medical professionals.
• Provide accurate written reports of condition, history, and treatment.
• Provide documentation for billing information.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels.
