Job summary
Superior Ambulance Service is hiring EMTs and AEMTs for opportunities across Ohio locations such as Columbus-Worthington, Bellevue, Springfield and Toledo. You will provide safe, high-quality patient transportation and emergency medical care in accordance with state EMS regulations.
The role offers full-time or part-time scheduling, competitive compensation, and potential for overtime, with career growth opportunities and benefits including health, dental, and life insurance, plus tuition
Qualifications
- EMT National Registry and/or current state license (or pending).
- Ability to provide medical care at EMT/Paramedic level during transport.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Pre-employment interview including a physical and lifting exam, plus drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate patient care as an AEMT.
- Safely transport patients and read street names and addresses accurately.
- Assess patients and convey conditions to other medical professionals.
- Document patient conditions, history, and treatment provided.
