We are seeking a detail-oriented freelance AEM Web Producer to support upcoming product launches and website updates. This project-based consultant will build, update, preview, and publish product-focused web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), using established templates and content provided by the marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently navigate complex website structures, manage small but time-sensitive projects, and ensure new product content is accurate, discoverable, and ready for launch.
What You’ll Do
- Create, update, preview, and publish product pages, landing pages, and related web content in AEM.
- Support multiple product launches over the next six to eight months, including new product pages and iterative updates.
- Build keyword-optimized pages that support product visibility, navigation, and launch marketing goals.
- Work within established templates, digital standards, site architecture, and content-governance processes.
- Make light content and template edits; extensive custom development is not expected.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate approved content into web-ready pages.
- Help identify and resolve page hierarchy, navigation, publishing, and workflow issues.
- Support lead-capture initiatives and coordinate around Salesforce forms and conversion paths.
- Manage deliverables against a defined publishing schedule and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks clearly.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Web Producer, Digital Producer, Web Content Producer, CMS Specialist, or similar digital-operations professional.
- Hands-on Adobe Experience Manager experience, including maintaining pages within existing templates.
- Strong attention to detail in content setup, QA, and publishing.
- Working knowledge of SEO-oriented content practices and keyword optimization.
- Experience with lead-capture workflows; Salesforce forms experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to independently manage multiple small, intermittent deliverables.
- Comfort collaborating with marketing and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Estimated effort: Approximately 10 hours per project, depending on scope
- Timing: Initial work is anticipated in late October, with additional project needs expected through the following months.
- Environment: Adobe Experience Manager, Cloud Pages, and potential Salesforce form and lead-capture support
