Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience with content authoring, page creation, updates, and publishing.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day updates, publishing, and maintenance in AEM.
  • Support the transition from legacy CMS to AEM through hands-on content updates.
  • Follow templates, workflows, and content governance to ensure consistency.
  • Identify and elevate website issues to IT or development teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with global web teams to align with corporate standards.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to improve engagement, accessibility, and clarity.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to inform improvements.
