Job summary

BraunAbility is seeking a Website Content Manager to publish and maintain content in our enterprise CMS, ensuring pages are well-structured, on-brand and technically sound. You will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Website Strategy & Experience and our development team to execute content plans and improve site health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in website management, technical SEO, content operations, or digital execution, including hands-on work with a content management system.
• Solid working understanding of SEO fundamentals, including hands-on experience using an SEO platform (Semrush, Conductor, or similar).
• B2C and B2B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain website content in enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), using components and templates to produce consistent, on-brand pages.
• Execute large-scale page rewrite and content restructure, publishing updated content and consolidating or retiring outdated pages.
• Identify, flag, and help resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links and crawl/indexation problems, using tools like Conductor and Google Search Console.
• Support and maintain the site’s content structure (pillar-and-cluster) and internal linking to strengthen topical authority.
• Keep XML sitemap current so content stays discoverable and indexable.
• Develop content briefs guiding writers on structure, questions, and SEO best practices.
• Apply on-page SEO fundamentals (metadata, headers, schema, alt text) to improve performance.
• Partner with product marketers and writers to move content from draft to published pages.
