Job Duties -

"

• Lead AEM product planning through day to day collaboration and decision making with cross-functional team including architects, designers, engineering leaders, and business or subject matter representatives
• Design and drive usability studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience
• Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success
• Work with larger Product Manager to align on broader product roadmap dependencies
• Lead the Scrum Teams throughout the ceremonies and daily needs.
• Be keenly aware of emerging and expanding capabilities of AEM.
• Support business case development for AEM usage and consumption to drive growth.
• Lead engagement with key stakeholders ensuring experience journeys and product requirements are well understood
• Build strong relationships and influence others across the organization and with external vendors/vendors.
• Balance multiple priorities and meet stated deadlines and deliverables.
• Demonstrate effectiveness in dealing with ambiguity.
• Use communications skills to influence outcomes.
• Use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization."
  
  

Job Requirements -

"

• 7+ years of Senior level technical product management/ownership experience producing stated deliverables and outcomes.
• 7+ years of Project Management / Scrum Master experiences with large scale initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience with AEM many of those focused on DAM.
• Having lead multiple engagements leading a from-scratch AEM implementations including documenting legacy CMS tools and mapping to future state AEM.
• Strong history of solutioning and documentation including: building Epics, breaking down to stories, flushing out details to the engineers, owning JIRA & MIRO boards, aligning with QA for testing, and hands on confirmation of success and done."
