Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years specifically in AEM.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and backend Java stack.
• AEM architecture, solution design, and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL.
• Proficient in REST APIs and third-party/enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Adobe Cloud / AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, Maven, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to optimize performance, maintain security, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
