Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking an experienced AEM Developer Lead with AWS expertise to manage and guide a high-performance team in Fort Mill, SC. You will architect and implement scalable AEM solutions, mentor developers, and drive CI/CD and cloud migrations.

The role requires deep AEM, Java, OSGi/Sling, Dispatcher, and integrations know-how, plus strong leadership and collaboration across onshore/offshore teams. On-site in Fort Mill, SC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AEM development.
• Strong experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
• Expertise in OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly.
• Experience developing AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites.
• Experience with AEM Assets/DAM.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• Experience with Apache Maven and Git.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD.
• Experience with Dispatcher configuration and caching.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead AEM development and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Design and develop scalable AEM solutions.
• Review code and ensure development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and offshore/onshore developers.
• Troubleshoot complex AEM issues and performance problems.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Mentor junior and senior AEM developers.
• Ensure quality, security, and performance of AEM applications.
• AEM Cloud Service migration experience.
• Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge.
• Adobe Analytics / Target integration.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Interview Focus: AEM architecture, Java, OSGi/Sling, AEM Cloud, components/templates, Dispatcher, integrations, CI/CD, and technical leadership.
