Wissen Technology in New York is seeking a senior AVP/VP with deep Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise and strong backend Java/Spring Boot capabilities. You will design, modernize, and support digital marketing platforms, while leading frontend work with React/TypeScript and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role focuses on architecture, delivery, and AI-enabled initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization (preferred).
• Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and support AEM solutions, including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs for marketing tech platforms.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications.
• Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decisions.
• Support AI-enabled product initiatives including LLMs, RAG, and AI service integrations.
