Randstad USA is seeking an experienced AEM Content Author to join our Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth team. You will drive critical AEM migration projects, handle BAU web updates, and support various digital initiatives.

Our fast-paced team balances accountability with collaboration, serving as a subject matter expert in content delivery to keep platforms accurate and aligned with business goals. This contract role is hybrid, in Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA, with a pay rate of $55/hour

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience authoring, editing and publishing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with enterprise CMS and DAM platforms (e.g., TeamSite, Adobe DAM).
• Meticulous attention to formatting, links, media, and brand guidelines.
• Hands-on execution-focused background; formal degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute AEM migrations and authoring; create/modify webpages in AEM.
• Build, publish, and maintain digital content and assets across web platforms.
• Identify and resolve content-related issues, layout glitches, and asset dependencies.
• Manage daily BAU content updates and ad-hoc digital optimization projects.
• Update SOPs and content workflows; improve processes.
• Collaborate with UX designers and business leads to ensure delivery.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AEM Content Author to join our dynamic 9-person Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth team. In this role, you will drive critical application migration projects within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), handle day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) web updates, and support various digital initiatives.

Our team operates in a fast-paced environment that balances individual accountability with strong cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as a subject matter expert in content delivery, ensuring our digital platforms remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• AEM Migration & Authoring: Execute the migration of existing web applications and create new or modified webpages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Asset & Content Management: Build, publish, and maintain digital content and assets across internal and external web platforms.
• Troubleshooting & QA: Identify, diagnose, and resolve content-related issues, layout glitches, and asset dependencies in a timely manner.
• BAU Operations & Projects: Manage daily business-as-usual content updates while handling ad-hoc digital optimization projects.
• Process Improvement: Maintain and update procedural documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and content workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with UX strategists, designers, and business leads to ensure seamless project delivery.

Performance Expectations

Performance and workload throughput will be evaluated during bi-weekly 1-on-1 alignment meetings. Key metrics include:

• Velocity & Capacity: Steady, timely completion of assigned migration tasks and BAU ticket queues.
• Quality & Accuracy: High detail orientation with minimal post-publish content errors or bugs.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage concurrent small projects with limited daily oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• AEM Expertise: 3+ years of direct hands-on experience authoring, editing, and publishing content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Content Management Background: Proven track record working with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (e.g., TeamSite, Adobe DAM).
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for formatting consistency, broken links, media alignment, and brand guidelines.
• Practical Experience: Strong, hands-on execution background takes precedence over specific formal degree requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Background in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Enterprise Workplace Solutions.
• Familiarity with basic UX/UI content strategy principles and cross-channel digital asset workflows.
