Job summary

Adobe invites you to join the Experience Manager (AEM) Customer Engineering intern program. You will work with AEM experts to build internal tools that improve support workflows and scale digital experiences.

This role provides hands-on exposure to a modern cloud stack and high-scale production environments. You will learn through projects spanning backend (Sling/OSGi/Oak) to frontend (HTL/React), while partnering with Product Engineering and Customer Success teams to affect real customer

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in CS/IT or related field with expected graduation Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML (1–2 years).
• Languages: Java or Python; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn AEM tech stack from authoring to publishing, backend to frontend.
• Design and develop internal tools to streamline diagnostics and support workflows.
• Analyze and improve processes by identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Solve and investigate AEM issues and debugging techniques.
• Contribute to internal documentation and wikis.
• Engage in team standups and agile workflows.
• Partner with Product Engineering and Customer Success to understand cross-functional ops.
