Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise application administration and systems configuration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise web platforms and content management systems, preferably AEM.
• Strong background in Linux-based environments and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical configuration and operational readiness of AEM websites.
• Maintain server, web, application, and integration components.
• Drive OS and middleware upgrades while supporting incidents and service requests.
• Assist with cloud migration activities and post-migration validation.
