Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport with Air Evac Lifeteam. Join a team focused on safety, readiness, and regulatory compliance while delivering critical care flights.

The role offers a $15K sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, and on-duty housing, with a 7/7 schedule and a 10% geo modifier included in the stated salary range.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FARs, and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team per the change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
