Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the AEDC program at Arnold AFB in Tennessee. This onsite role requires guiding government stakeholders, reviewing lifecycles, and coordinating schedules to ensure mission success.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering or science, with progressively responsible experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance. PMP preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• BS in Science or Engineering; Level 2 requires up to 3 years experience; Level 3 requires 3–10 years; Level 4 requires 10+ years.
• Active Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain; must maintain clearance.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with government project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to government stakeholders on project planning and resource allocation.
• Review lifecycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables; monitor timelines.
• Record meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.
• Develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate with teams; work independently or with a team; strong initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled technical Project Managers to support the 715th Test Squadron (715 TS) at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). The 715 TS operates world-class aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities, and this role is critical to advancing the nation’s hypersonic weapon and flight systems. This position is located onsite at Arnold AFB, TN.

As a Project Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and mission execution.
• Review project lifecycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Provide input and monitor project timelines.
• Participate in project status meetings/calls and provide meeting minutes.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Ability to develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
• Ability to work independently or with a team, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize tasking with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent people, organizational, management, computer, and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at a strategic level.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Level 2 - BS in Science or Engineering Field and up to 3 years of experience
• Level 3 - BS in Science or Engineering Field and 3-10 years of experience
• Level 4 - BS or MS in Science or Engineering Field and 10+ years of experience
• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation. Must be able to maintain required clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Prior experience with government project management.
