Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the 715th Test Squadron at AEDC in Tullahoma, TN. This onsite role focuses on guiding government stakeholders, reviewing lifecycles, and maintaining program documentation to drive mission success.

Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship and a BS in science or engineering with relevant experience; security clearance at Secret level is mandated.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; Level 2: BS in science/engineering with up to 3 years experience.
• Level 3: BS in science/engineering with 3–10 years experience.
• Level 4: BS or MS in science/engineering with 10+ years experience.
• Must be able to obtain Secret DoD security clearance.
• Must maintain required clearance.

Position Overview

Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled technical Project Managers to support the 715th Test Squadron (715 TS) at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). The 715 TS operates world-class aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities, and this role is critical to advancing the nation's hypersonic weapon and flight systems. This position is located onsite at Arnold AFB, TN.

As a Project Manager, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Provide guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and mission execution.
• Review project lifecycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide input and monitor project timelines.
• Participate in project status meetings/calls and provide meeting minutes.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
• Work independently or with a team, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize tasking with minimal supervision.
• Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excel in people, organizational, management, computer, and leadership skills.
• Plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at a strategic level.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Level 2 - BS in Science or Engineering Field and up to 3 years of experience
• Level 3 - BS in Science or Engineering Field and 3-10 years of experience
• Level 4 - BS or MS in Science or Engineering Field and 10+ years of experience
• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation.
• Must be able to maintain required clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Prior experience with government project management.
