Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0-2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred, especially in compressed gas.
• Must have mechanical aptitude, math and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand crawl climb for extended periods.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Level I and Level II certifications required.
• May supervise manufacturing assistants when needed.
• Working conditions include indoor/outdoor plant environments and flammable gases.

Responsibilities

• Test tubes and cylinders by connecting sensors and using PAC testing software to generate data.
• Replace valve and safety components per policy or request.
• Perform leak tests on joints using detectors and spray solutions.
• Compile data and reports using Word and Excel.
• Visually inspect tubes for cracks, welds, burns, or pits.
• Handle stockroom duties and unpack/organize parts.
• Conduct UT using sensors, computers and cranes; compile UT reports.
• Assemble and disassemble trailer components as needed.
