Job Description

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor when needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: Ensure products are moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: Maintain organization and efficiency in the Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, plan, and take action to improve displays and stock management.
4. Teamwork: Support colleagues in completing tasks beyond stock management and assist guests as needed.
5. Integrity and safety: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and company procedures to ensure a safe environment both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous experience in stock-related roles is a plus
