Job Description

Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your base, you support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take corrective actions.
• Support team members and assist guests on the Salesfloor when needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
