Job description

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible enough to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: Drive product movement through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay in order.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: Support fellow team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
5. Integrity: Prioritize safety and asset protection, adhering to all policies and procedures.
