YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you can support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure merchandise moves efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Maintain organization and efficiency in the Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
3. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take corrective actions.
4. Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
5. Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.
