Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time stock brand Ambassador in San Marcos, TX. You’ll move product from stockroom to salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, while upholding AE Brand Standards.

You’ll keep the stockroom organized, help teammates and guests, and step in on busy days to support non-stock tasks. You’ll notice merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to act quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through shipment processing and replenishment.

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’re a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving, ensuring effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base; you master keeping it running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• When you spot a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a plan, and take action to correct it.
• You’re always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist with guests.
• Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
