Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your base, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Brand Standards: Keep products moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom Management: Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are well-kept.
• Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Teamwork: Support colleagues with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Safety and Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and asset protection policies in both stockroom and salesfloor environments.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous stock-related experience is a plus.
