Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you are flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards: Keep product moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Manage the Stockroom: Ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Be proactive and innovative: Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take action to improve displays.
• Teamwork: Assist team members with tasks beyond stock management and support guest needs.
• Prioritize safety and security: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and store procedures diligently.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock roles is preferred.
