YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you're flexible and willing to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for Brand Standards: You're proactive in keeping products moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Stockroom Management: You take ownership of the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are organized and the space is efficient.
3. Innovation: You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop plans, and take action to improve displays and product placement.
4. Teamwork: You're prepared to assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
5. Integrity and Safety: You prioritize safety standards, follow Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO's procedures both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.
