Job Overview

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, your main responsibility is to keep products moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you will also support your team and assist guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You will represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain brand standards by efficiently processing shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and merchandising.
  • Manage the Stockroom to ensure organization and efficiency of merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
  • Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
  • Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest service.
  • Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Previous experience in stock-related roles is preferred.
