Job description

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you are flexible and support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

1. Passion for Brand Standards: Keep products moving effectively and timely through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are well kept.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop plans, and execute solutions.
4. Teamwork: Support fellow team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
5. Integrity and Safety: Prioritize safety standards, follow Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO's procedures.
