YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

1. Maintain Brand Standards: Keep products moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Manage the Stockroom: Ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Be Innovative: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
4. Support Teamwork: Assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest support.
5. Prioritize Safety and Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and company policies diligently in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
