Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Macon, GA. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising, while upholding AE brand standards and attention to detail.

You will master the Stockroom, keep merchandise organized, and provide innovative merchandising ideas. Flexibility to assist on the Salesfloor and support teammates is essential, along with following Asset Protection

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail to keep stock moving.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Prior stock-related or retail merchandising experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenish stock, and merchandise the sales floor.
• Maintain the Stockroom organization and visual props.
• Identify opportunities for innovative merchandising and execute plans.
• Support teammates and guests on the sales floor as needed.
• Follow Asset Protection standards and store policies.

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Passion for brand standards: a go‑getter in keeping product moving via effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Master the Stockroom: keep the space running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Provide innovative merchandising opportunities: inform store leadership, devise a game plan, and take action.
• Team player: always ready to step in and help teammates with non‑stock tasks or with guests.
• Integrity and safety: follow Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
