YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain Brand Standards: Keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Stockroom Management: Ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Be Innovative: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: Support colleagues with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
5. Prioritize Safety and Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and company policies diligently.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with good time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous stock-related experience is a plus.
