Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Johnson Creek, WI.

You will move product from the stockroom to the sales floor, process shipments, replenish inventory, and support markdowns and merchandising with an eye for detail. You’ll flex your skills to assist the team and guests on the sales floor when needed, while upholding AEO Brand Standards and company values with your Real self.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with an eye for merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and move products between stockroom and sales floor.
• Strong teamwork and communication to support associates and guests.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move products from stockroom to sales floor through shipment processing and replenishment.
• Keep the stockroom organized and inventory ready for audits and merchandising needs.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate them to store leadership; plan and act to fix them.
• Assist team with non-stock tasks and guest service as needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies in all stockroom and salesfloor activities.

Your Responsibilities

• You've got a passion for brand standards: You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
