Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Overland Park, KS. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, and markdowns, while upholding AE Brand Standards and attention to detail.

You will support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, with a focus on merchandising, organization and safety. This role emphasizes reliability, initiative and a positive, REAL self at work.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock/merchandising is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain Stockroom organization and ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay tidy and accessible.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan and take corrective action.
• Assist teammates and guests with non-stock tasks and support store operations as needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies.

Your Responsibilities

• You've got a passion for brand standards: You're a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You're always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
