Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible and willing to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

1. Passion for brand standards: Keep product moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Stockroom management: Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay in order.
3. Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: Support fellow team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
5. Safety and integrity: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and store procedures diligently.
