Your Role

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different zones like Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
• Assist your team and work collaboratively to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity by following AEO's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people!
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
