Job Overview

YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" for developing and implementing business strategies and leading daily store operations. You will train and coach your team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will ensure sales goals are met, merchandising standards are maintained, and operational excellence is achieved. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Sales: Maximize productivity on the Fitting Room and Salesfloor, build guest loyalty, analyze reports, and contribute to business planning to meet KPIs.
2. Lead People: Motivate and inspire your team, uphold customer service standards, and hold team members accountable.
3. Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure outstanding service and growth.
4. Foster Teamwork: Provide ongoing coaching, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate successes to boost engagement.
5. Operational Excellence: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready and compliant with brand standards.
6. Maintain Integrity: Uphold safety standards, asset protection, and adherence to company policies.
