As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results. YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You handle daily operations, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and are passionate about achieving sales goals. You represent our values and bring your genuine self to work daily.

Your Responsibilities
  • Driving sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support KPIs.
  • People leadership: Motivate and inspire the team, uphold service standards, and hold associates accountable.
  • Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
  • Teamwork and performance: Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and celebrate successes to motivate staff.
  • Visual & operational excellence: Execute visual standards, manage shipment processing and merchandising, and ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready.
  • Integrity: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, adhere to policies, and do the right thing always.
