Overview

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You help manage daily operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while representing our company values.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience. Support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and KPI results.
• Lead people by motivating and inspiring the team through core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing; develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Foster teamwork by setting clear, attainable goals, providing ongoing real-time coaching, and celebrating outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures.
