YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
- People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team, serve as a role model, and ensure associates meet AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent development: You recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
- Teamwork: You set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, motivate, and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
- Visual & operational innovation: You execute and innovate visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the store is guest-ready and aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
- Integrity: You maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
