Overview

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results.
• You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO\'s core values. Act as a role-model and hold associates accountable to AEO\'s service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• You know talent: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• You champion teamwork: set clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. Motivate and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.
• You are a visual and operational innovator: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and align with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity is essential: uphold store safety standards, asset protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures; do the right thing, always.
