YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" environment through replenishment. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Drive flawless Floorset execution through training and coaching your team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an innovator in merchandising: Keep your store in top shape by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Spot merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement plans.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping your store #fresh!
• People skills matter: Prioritize the guest experience for your merchandising team. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins!
• Integrity is essential: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink reduction strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
