YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" environment through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
2. Floorsets are your expertise! Drive excellent Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas are effectively prepared according to Floorset standards, including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
3. You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain the store's appearance by managing daily merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
4. You're a team player: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh!
5. You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition by celebrating team wins.
6. Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
