Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Youngstown to bring our brand to life through exceptional guest experiences.

You will engage customers, educate on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while supporting Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom operations. AEO values teamwork, integrity, and personal growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and proud of it, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and provide excited product suggestions tailored to their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly perform in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Work collaboratively with the team, assisting whenever possible to get the job done.
• Act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is based on experience and location.
• Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and additional rewards at management discretion.
