Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will engage guests, share product details, and promote the AE loyalty program, while representing the brand with integrity.

You should love AE and Aerie products, enjoy interacting with people, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is a plus and you must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist others to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You can flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You are a team player and always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

Pay / Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
