Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent our values daily.

You love AE & Aerie products and will educate guests, suggest items, and introduce our loyalty program. You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, staying energetic in a fast-paced environment, and aligning with store policies while building brand

Qualifications

• Available to work when guests shop (even evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have worked in retail before.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset (we’ll teach you everything you need to know).
• Educate guests on product details, and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Be a team player, always willing to assist your team.
• Act with integrity, adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures.
