Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Branson, MO. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping guests find exactly what they need.

You will flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom, providing energetic, guest-first service while upholding store policies and values. Prior retail experience and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friend-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.

Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on product details and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang: your skill set rocks in any zone and you can flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You are a team player, always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You have integrity, always adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.
