Job summary

American Jewish Committee (AJC) is seeking an ACCESS program professional to design and implement advocacy-focused programming for young leaders. The role focuses on combatting antisemitism and defending Israel’s place in the world, while expanding ACCESS’ presence within the organization and with external partners.

You will work closely with regional offices, the Office of Political Outreach, and development teams to build coalitions, coordinate events, and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Strong organization and project management skills, including prioritization and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Willing and able to work outside standard working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advocacy-focused programming to retain ACCESS leaders and recruit new prospects.
  • Identify advocacy opportunities to elevate ACCESS presence within AJC.
  • Build relationships with local officials and stakeholders through ACCESS programming.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and other departments to align ACCESS initiatives.
  • Plan ACCESS programming for the Global Forum and national gatherings.
