Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a transaction advisory professional to design QoE scenarios, conduct valuation work, and build deal models. You will review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and provide actionable feedback to enhance AI performance in complex financia tasks.

Ideal candidates have hands-on QoE and valuation experience, a CPA or equivalent, and strong written communication to document conclusions clearly. Remote collaboration and a sample task are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction advisory, including Big Four TAS or boutique firms, corporate development, investment banking, or valuation.
• Hands-on ownership of QoE analyses, valuation work, or deal models.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• CPA certification preferred; ASA, ABV, or CFA is a plus for valuation-focused candidates.
• Experience with DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, ASC 805 purchase accounting, or LBO modeling is relevant.
• Ability to provide a resume or summary of transaction advisory or valuation experience and complete an application form covering specialties and certifications.
