Job summary

Weekday 1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to translate real M&A, due diligence, and valuation work into structured, high-quality training data for AI.

This role focuses on QoE analyses, financial due diligence, and deal modeling (DCF, comps, ASC 805) with hands-on ownership and strong written communication. Compensation is $700 per task, paid in the United States. You will review AI outputs and provide clear feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction advisory or corporate development and/or valuation.
• CPA and/or ASA/ABV/CFA a plus for valuation-leaning candidates.
• Hands-on ownership of QoE, valuation, or deal models.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic QoE analyses, working-capital and net-debt analyses, and valuation models.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, assumptions, and judgment.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.
