What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and position product solutions accordingly
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
- Provide product management with feedback on enhancements that can meet customer needs
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and support marketing events like conferences and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or other cloud software solutions
- Strong skills in territory management and pipeline building
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product management and other stakeholders
