Advisory Solution Consultant - Healthcare

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
- Lead strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap alignment
- Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements to meet customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
- Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence
