Here’s Where You Come In

As the Advisory Service Associate in the Indianapolis based HUB RPW Midwest-East region, you will be responsible for supporting our internal teams to provide exceptional service to retirement plan and wealth management clients. Interacting with clients, participants, plan consultants, advisors, administrators, and other partners to provide customer centric focused services. Follow-up and follow-through are the keystones to keeping our promises to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with all roles within our regional RPW office to gain valuable experience to enhance the client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Services and Interactions.
Responsible for providing the highest level of service; common activities listed but not limited to are:

  • Assist with plan and client reviews
  • Process participant transactions
  • Prepare Federal Form 5500 drafts with necessary additional filing forms
  • Assist with investment analytics and reporting
  • Assist in annual compliance reporting processes
  • Provide required documents to ensure account activities are processed correctly, including all necessary research and follow-through
  • Attend client meetings, as needed
  • Assist in investment and fee change process with recordkeeping partners
  • Follow up on correspondence, appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Operate and understand internal tools and software, and be proficient in multiple recordkeeping systems, processes, and resources
  • Assist in answer incoming lines
  • Effectively manage all tasks and timelines associated with responsibilities
  • Keeping abreast of knowledge of financial services and resources

Office collaboration

  • Cross train with peers and provide support and coverage in retirement plan services and wealth management
  • Assist with reporting and data collection
  • Document process and procedures
  • Provide insight on areas of development
  • Assist with office supplies by tracking inventory levels, evaluating purchases and validating supply deliveries
  • Miscellaneous support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of business or experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Computer Software:

Excel - Enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs

Word - Type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents.

PowerPoint - Create presentations, format templates, add pictures, videos and hyperlinks

Adobe - Create and edit pdf documents

Outlook - Manage calendar, task, email, etc.
